1. How to book appointment with Doctors / Psychologists on IndiaOnlinePolyclinic?
IndiaOnlinePolyclinic provides a platform to connect with doctors, take In-Clinic / Video / phone appointment, view and download prescription, upload lab reports for doctor to see, get reminders for next appointment and maintain Electronic Medical Records(EMR). Your EMR can be see only by the doctors that you have added in your network.
Please follow the steps below to have a fruitful consultation with your doctor. Subscription Plans are available under PRICING page.
Step 1: Sign Up as Client/Patient to register and then Log In the platform.
Step 2: Select Doctor whom you need to consult from Add Doctor tab and add.
Step 3: Book appointment for In-Clinic / Video /Phone from Book Appointment tab.
Step 4: Doctor will connect with you and do consultation.
Step 5: View and download Prescription from EMR-Comprehensive tab.
Step 6: Upload any pathological reports from Upload-Reports tab for doctor to see.
Step 7: You will get reminders from the platform, if follow up appointment is due.
2. How to add myself as Doctor / Psychologist on onlinepolyclinic?:
IndiaOnlinePolyclinic is a complete Practice Management system for Doctors / Psychologists and other healthcare providers. Medical Doctor, Psychologist, Counsellor or other Healthcare Service Provider (MHSP), who wishes to use the Platform for offering his services, must register on the Platform.
Please follow the steps below to connect to your patient and provide consultation. Subscription Plans are available under PRICING page.
Step 1: Sign Up as Doctor or Psychologist to register and then Log In the platform.
Step 2: Upload your Registration certificate.
Step 3: Edit Profile
Step 4: Set up your clinics.
Step 5: Set up working hours.
Step 6: Set Consultation fees.
Step 7: Admin will verify your credentials and you will get email notification, once you are activated.
Step 8: Choose Subscription plan from My Account-My Plan tab.
Step 9: You are now ready to start consulting.
